Study tour on school health in Lao PDR

A study tour on school health was conducted in Lao PDR from September 3 to October 2, 2022. A total of six students from the Faculty of Education at Shinshu University in Japan participated in the tour. The students participated in health checkup activities (height and weight measurements, vision and hearing tests) at elementary, junior high, and high schools in the nearby National University of Laos in Vientiane Capital, Dongkhaxsan Teacher Training College, Ban Khoun Teacher Training College in Vientiane Province, and Luangpapan Teacher Training College in Luangpapan Province. The students also made jump ropes using locally available materials and interacted with the school children.
